Definite Registration Procedures for Candidates Who Gained the Right to Definite Registration from the Reserve List

In the fall semester of the 2020-2021 academic year, students who applied to Graduate Programs and gained the right to final registration from the Reserve List, must register by coming to the Institute Student Affairs in person

NOTE: In line with the decision taken by our University Senate, it has been decided that all courses of graduate education (master's/doctorate) will be conducted face-to-face in the fall semester of the 2020-2021 academic year.


REQUIRED DOCUMENTS;

1.      Graduate Programs Final Registration Form (https://fbe.mehmetakif.edu.tr/form/174/410/formlar will be obtained from the address)

2.       Bachelor's diploma or graduation certificate or e-Government printout 

3.      Master's Diploma or graduation certificate or e-Government printout  (For Doctorate)

4.      Bachelor's transcript showing GPA (Certified copy-Transcript)

5.      Master's transcript showing GPA (Certified copy-Transcript) (For Doctorate)

6.      ALES result document

7.      Foreign language (YDS or equivalent) document (In case students who have gained the right to register for graduate programs do not have a YDS or equivalent score, the result document must be submitted to the Institute within 5 days until the end of working hours from the announcement of the YDS exam result conducted by ÖSYM on September 27, 2020. If not submitted, the student's graduate registration will be canceled.)

8.      Criminal record (e-Government Printout)

9.      Copy or photocopy of identity card or e-Government printout

10.  Military Service Certificate for Male Candidates (e-Government printout)

11. Residence (e-Government printout)
